affectivityLove lies at the core of Biodanza. Exercises within this line are designed to amplify and magnify our ability to demonstrate and embody love and it’s important to practise our ability to be soft in emotion, to feel with our hearts and to learn to respond from this place.

The roots of this come from the sense of security and nurturance we receivedĀ as children – even if we missed those needs back then we can regain these vital experiences in a Biodanza class to give us a sense of containment and security inside. In this we finally find peace and a relaxation to accept ourselves and others.
